New page

Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.

There are many theories concerning the new star, the wise men, and other aspects of the Christmas Holiday.

Attached is a Powerpoint presentation on St Nicholas, also known as Santa Claus. In Dutch, he is referred to as Sinterklaas, which is similar to Saint=Santa, and Klaas=shortened form of Nicolas. While not directly related to the birth of the Savior, the story of St Nicholas is still an interesting sidebar at Christmas time.
